It's funny that I find another review on here w/the same complaint. I called the office to get more info on treating acne scars, and the girl tells me the Dr will call me back b/c she doesn't know how much the treatments will cost, etc. The Dr never called me back, so I call her again the next day. Instead of apologizing, she gave me an attitude!! I seriously considered going somewhere else, but I decided to give the place a try. I go there, and the same girl tells me that she can't find my appointment. It turns out she had me under the wrong last name. The wait was almost an hour, and the Dr saw me for maybe 3 minutes.
Cons: the rude staff, long wait
