I would never buy a home again from this company (Rosemary Manni). The use of their home inspector (The Virtus Group) was not an honest/professional inspection or procedure. This company is clearly for the seller, who was not forthright in full disclosures of the home I purchased. Nonetheless, the realtor was never in favor of the buyer and used unprofessional tactics to get a sale through. more

I completely disagree with the previous review. We used Amy Dellinger and she was great. We weren't buying anywhere near a million dollar house. As first time buyers and total over-thinkers, she patiently went from house to house with us and pointed out things that we wouldn't have noticed. They were excellent! more

Want to be ignored 8/16/2005

This company has no idea how long they ignore their customers. They have no concept of "returning a call" or setting up an appointment. Unless you are buying a million dollar home, you better look elsewhere. Horrible, horrible experience. more
