unbelievable repair shop 8/23/2009

I brought my very expensive Dell laptop in for total repairs...was going to purchase a new one... and this place went through the whole thing, cleaned everything up, put on new hinges, and solved some virus problems as well .... all at a very low rate. I found this repair shop to be very professional and accommodating. When I got the laptop back it was better than new! Pros: fast, courteous service, reasonable as well Cons: no drawbacks more

Outstanding Laptop Repair Shop!! 3/10/2009

I brought two laptops to this shop for what seemed like would be major repairs, maybe even ending up as junk. Mr. Brown informed me that he could get them back in good working order for a reasonable price. Within a couple days, Mr. Brown called to let me know the computers were all set. I couldn't get there for about a week, but I picked them up and now I feel like I have two BRAND NEW laptops!!! They run like they did when I first purchased them new! I highly recommend this business. I found their service to be professional, courteous and friendly. Pros: Quality of Work Cons: Can't think of any! more
