Brown's Pools & Spas is THE BEST!! 3/6/2013

I've used Brown's Pools for all my pool needs for over 20 years. They have always been courteous and kind to me when I come into the store. Whatever my needs .. water tested, a part for my pump or filter, questions, etc., they have helped me with a smile and quick service. All of the people who have worked here over the years have been very nice and helpful .. Sandy, Debbie, Jake, Deborah, Harold, just to name a few. When I bought my house 20+ years ago, I had no idea how to take care of a pool, but Brown's taught me all I needed to know -- what chemicals to add and when, even how to open and close it myself. I can't imagine having a beautiful, inviting pool without their help every year!! more

Browns Pools/ Best Around 3/6/2013

Browns pool is simply the best. From the first day we started EVERYONE has be a pleasure to work with. Our salesman Vince is the best in the business. Lets you make your own mind up as what you want but always gives good input as to what would work and look the best for your pool. Will reccomend Browns pools to everyone!!! more

Friendly knowledgeable employees 3/6/2013

Each time I walk into Browns on highway 5 in Douglasville I am greeted with a smile. The service is great and they are willing to take the time to explain things to me if I have questions. I would highly recommend this store to anyone with a pool or looking to add a pool. more

first time in the store 3/6/2013

We visited the Carrollton store for the first time a couple weeks ago and were greeted as soon as we walked in. The sales lady was very informative and answered all of our questions honestly. She made sure we didn't have any questions and let us walk around looking at the pools and supplies and gave us her card if we wanted to call with any more questions. When we left we felt like we knew everything we wanted to and were confident in what we wanted to buy. more

Excellent Products and Services 3/6/2013

We purchased our pool from Brown's pools several years ago and always go to the Dallas location to have our water tested, pick up supplies and replacement parts as needed. The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. I have been to a number of other pool stores in the Dallas/Acworth area and none compare to Brown's. more

You can not beat the prices at Brown's Pools and Spas. They will come out and test your water and don on site treatment. They have over 32 years of experience! more
