Customer Service Representative 2/14/2014

Overall I have been satisfied with the service I have received. However, when When I brought my car in for its 30K check up, the catalytic converter had to be replaced; and after the catalytic converter was replaced, the door locks did not work. These items were repaired in a timely manner and the customer service rep. have been professional and responsive. more

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. In every step of he work that needed to be done on my car the service adviser came to me and explained. At the end I was offered a deluxe car wash as well by Ray. more

Correcting a problem right on the 1st visit 1/7/2014

Bob, the Service Manager, did a great job making sure the car was working right. Bob went out of his way to correct a problem that was missed on a 1st visit. Bob exceeded my expectations on this recent visit and I appreciated all his efforts. Thanks for a job well done. more

Great Service 12/10/2013

Car would not start prior to work, but finally was able to get it going and drove to Brown's. Darryl was excellent. Problem found, fixed and car back before I could even get a rental arranged. more
