I have experience with Eliisa Stowell and Michelle Brown both as a home buyer and seller. I first met Eliisa when I was buying a home, and especially liked her non-salesperson and demeanor. Her personality is so refreshingly laid back and it makes working with her fun. However, note that beneath that calm exterior is a very knowledgeable and tenuous negotiator. As I worked with Michelle, her warm demeanor was evident, and I was equally impressed with her assertiveness, negotiating skills and knowledge base. I knew that I could count on them without hesitation to list my property, provide excellent marketing, and to negotiate when a sale was imminent. They were able to deliver.
Michelle and Eliisa recently sold my home. I have been seriously ill and ran into numerous complications during the time the house was on the market. However, they graciously helped me with things that were far beyond the scope of what was necessary. For example, they provided me with supplies to move, such as boxes and the special colored tape that I requested. On moving day, Eliisa, her husband Tom, and two of the other Realtors from Surterre (Paul and Bianca), actually came and helped me move. They helped me finish packing, loaded my storage unit, and moved me into my new home. How many people can say that about their Realtors?
These women are true professionals who are excellent at what they do, but what's more, they have hearts of gold.
