Beware of getting your warranty 8/27/2009

I purchased a home on which the previous owner had foundation work performed by Brown Foundation. The previous owner is now out of the country and has paperwork in storage, so I called Brown to get copies for a realtor that has a buyer for my house and Brown ""can't find the paperwork"" and claim that they do not warranty any of their work done before 2003...BEWARE! Cons: not finding paperwork or warranty for work done my house more
