I am pretty disgusted that I bought a brand new 2010 car and I am having many issues with it. I took it in to be fixed and was told that they don't have info on when these issues will be resolved, and that the ipod jack could be causing these issues because the ipod is too new. However my ipod is 4 years old. So you mean to tell me I bought a new car and paid a arm and a leg for this ""So called NEW technology"" and the technology was never updated? How can you sell a car with 2006 technology and pass it off as a 2010? In other words, the car got a face lift but the software and computer technology in the car did not!! I am contacting GM Motors and get to the bottom of this! Just disgusted! more

Every division at Brotherton’s is amazing: sales, support, service, selection, and attitude. I made the switch to buying from Brotherton’s in 2005 and am there to stay. Actually, I can’t even imagine going anywhere else. I have now purchased 3 cars from them and feel like a walking billboard for their dealership. They treat you better than any other dealer I have ever worked with. In the past I have bought from Bellevue BMW, Barrier, Acura of Bellevue, and Infinity of Kirkland. None of them come even close to treating you like they do Brotherton’s because they treat you are family. more

I just wanted to send you guys a thank you note for the most excellent service I received with your service department this week. I bought a Yukon Denali 20 days ago and there was a little issue with the brakes being glazed that I wanted repaired. When I found out that this was an exception to the bumper to bumper warranty, I wasn't very pleased. I try not to get angry and am not a very vocal person like that but had to say something. Chris is obviously very good with people - he listened to what I had to say and managed to explain to me that your department values me as a customer and wanted to work with me. He put me in contact with the used car sales manager, Tom. I explained my thoughts to Tom and he agreed to pay for the repair which obviously makes me very happy. Chris could have very easily just said sorry and that it was a policy and there is nothing you guys can do but he went SO far from that. Anyway, thank you guys! Chris was great to work with and I sincerely trust him and your service department after how helpful he was. I will be certainly having all of the service on my new vehicle in the future done with you guys. more

Brotherton offers the best service of any car dealership I've ever dealt with. I've owned a good dozen cars, and have purchased and had service from many dealerships (including BMW, Maserati, and Honda). But only Brotherton makes me feel like I'm shopping at Nordstrom and am the most important customer. The sales people are knowledgeable, the service agents are informative, and when I get service I know that I need it (as opposed to other dealerships who I suspect advise service so they can generate the revenue). more
