A couple of ""gentlemen"" mowed my neighbor's lawn and moved my daughter's pitching net (for softball). When I went to put it back it up~it was torn and stake was broken. When I called them to let them know, ""he"" said it was laying on the ground and he moved it. I told him it was staked into the ground (I did it myself) and he claims it wasn't. He simply moved it onto my neighbor's porch. He said he didn't know if my kids broke it. No, I don't think so. My kids are well-behaved and not destructive. He ended the conversation when my husband got on the phone, by hanging up on him. Would I have expected a new net? Nope, but an apology and part of the cost to be replaced. Unprofessional. Side note-lawn was mowed.
