I ordered merchandise over the phone and scheduled a day for delivery. I called back a couple days later to push back the delivery date which I did not have a problem with doing. I was informed sometime later that the merchandise would not be able to be delivered on the day we agreed on because the merchandise was now on backorder. It was very unprofessional that I was not informed about the merchandise being on back order. When I was address, my concern with this issue the person on the phone was very short and didn't show much interest in getting an answer of when I would receive my merchandise. So I demanded a full refund and found the same exact merchandise at another location for over $50 cheaper (including delivery). My suggestion... shop around before deciding on Brothers Fine Furniture, they are hit or miss when it comes to pleasing their customers. You should always be satisfied when you are spending YOUR money!
