I have never felt so welcomed at a dental office before, they offered me water when i arrived, showed me where the restroom was located all before even sitting in the chair. The person who cleaned my teeth was gentle and very nice and the doctor was honest and informative. thank you for changing my views on dental offices more

Been going here for 4 years now-used to be seen by Dr. J.,until a few years ago. Now that I see the other new ones,I will never return.I've had the same filling fall out twice in a year,dentist almost poked my eye with that tooth poker thing,when I've had to cancel appts due to illness, either myself or my kids, they insist that we still come i.although we don't.When they were doing a filling, they couldn't figure out the right way to put this metal tooth divider in-put it in the wrong way first, then couldn't get it out for about 5 minutes once they were done.Dentist couldn't remember what names of the tools were"can you give me that.. thing...the...um... packer-that's it!" And the" ha ha-I almost poked your eye out" wasn't so funny either. She had said this after she squirted me in the face with water and tried wiping it off with the poker still in her hand. Came soo close. Hardly think that was funny.Anyhow-I will get my filling replaced AGAIN somewhere else even it it cost me-I refuse to go back.I called them last night about my filling-it's mid-morning now and not a word from them. Fine by me-I'm going somewhere else this afternoon-anything is better than this! This is why people hate going to the dentist. more

Beware of going to this dental office. I was billed almost $900 for just a cleaning! I have filed a complaint against them, they told me it will take 3 hours for my appointment when it only took them 20 minutes because there was nothing wrong with my teeth and they still charged me and my insurance an outrageous amount of money. more

I responded to a flyer that offered dental consult, xrays, cleaning and a "free" teeth whitening tray. After reviewing my xrays they informed me that I needed a "deep cleaning" which would cost $1,075. I informed them that I could not pay for a deep cleaning at that time. When they discovered I didn't have dental insurance they were very quick to dismiss me as a patient. I asked them to please preform the regular cleaning that I was scheduled. The dental assistant reluctantly proceeded to clean my teeth for approx. 10 mins. I paid for my office visit and went back to pick up my whitening tray a week later and was told that I owed an additional $85 before they would give me my "free" tray. This is a typical "bait & swich" operation. When I asked for my records so I could shop around for the best price for deep cleaning they seemed very offended. All services offered were very over priced so if you are paying for your own dental care I suggest going somewhere else. more

I am deathly afraid of dentists after a past experience. This group was recommended to me when I first moved to Denver area. They are fantastic. Very nice, patient and take the time to explain everything they are doing. I can't say enough positive things about this group. more
