Sunwest Management took facility over in November of 2007. As par for Sunwest, the facility has deteriorated greatly. Quality of care is substandard. Administration is inefficient and deceptive. Food quality has declined. Their rates have esculated tremendously and the care has declined.\r \r This is NOT the place for your loved one! more
