Then when I came back I asked for it and I saw it was out standing, it looked better than when I dropped it off. All the staff members are very helpful and Carl Cuda is very sweet. I dropped off a custom ring for minor repair--simple soldering. I picked it up, and part of it was melted. When I showed this (rather large) flaw to the jeweller, he said he didn't notice. Another employee accused me of blaming pre-existing damage on their repair. The attention to detail was abysmally low for a jeweler's shop, and the attitude was horrible. After explaining the problem to three different staff members, they offered to waive the repair charge and replace the damage for free. They also said the ring would never be in as good condition as when I brought it in, and eventually showed me the door when I asked questions to try to determine the level of repair needed and what further damage might have been caused. If you want a jeweller who is courteous, attentive to detail, and does excellent work, do not set foot in Brookside Jewelry. more

I ordered and paid for 50 organza bags Monday, May 11 and have not received them as of May 18. I don't know how long shipping takes but I am wondering if I ever will receive them. I paid for them through Pay Pal and have my Pay Pal receipt but have not received my merchandise. more
