Brookside Dental

I have been going to Brookside for a few years and have never been so happy to go to the dentist. The entire staff is amazing from the helpful front desk, to my amazing hygienist Barb. Dr Cindy is the best! I recently had a tooth ache and over the weekend they pulled strings and got my in and treated the same day. now that is great service!!!!!!!! I would never go anywhere else more

Dr. Cindy Pauley at Brookside Dental is a wonderful, skilled dentist who genuinely cares about her patients. Her work is excellent and she really goes the extra mile to make sure her patients feel relaxed and comfortable. (You can watch a TV on the ceiling during your visit or listen to music, and her work is quick and efficient so you're in and out before you know it.) I recommend her without reservation. She is highly respected among her peers in the dental community and her primary concern is your comfort and making sure your teeth are as perfect as she can make them. She will not settle for anything less than perfection. Her staff is friendly, helpful, and experienced, and their work is of excellent quality as well. more

This office should be the prototype for all dental offices. The entire staff smiles all the time and each have a great attitude. I enjoy being there - yep, a dentist office that is actually enjoyable to visit. I look forward to my visits now. The best part of all is the way my teeth look and feel. I really feel confident smiling now. Dr. Cindy is efficient, competent, good, and best of all painless. I have had a lot of work done and it has not hurt once. For all of you out there who might be afraid of going to the dentist - this is the place for you! more

I've had a regular cleaning and a crown at Brookside and both times I was very pleased with my service. Staff is friendly, hygienist was thorough and talked to me about dental care with professionalism. Dentist Dr. Cave did an excellent job on my crown. I can't imagine going anywhere else for dental care. more

I have been a patient at Brookside Dental for 8 years and I have refered everybody I know there. They don't keep me waiting in the waiting room, my cleanings are gentle and the fillings I've had done were so good I have trouble remembering where they are. The office is clean and the equipment is all state of the art. I feel they know me and care about me as a person - not an insurance card. I actually look forward to going to the dentist! The Hygienists are very thorough with their work and very attentive to your needs. Receptionist are always welcoming with a huge smile and the office is always clean, warm and welcoming. I've been a patient of initially Dr. Pauley (the mom, now retired) and now Dr Cave for many years (6? 7? not sure anymore) after a bad experience with a dentist that just saw my teeth as a way to make more money ("I think it's better to take your wisdom teeth out even though they are OK, you don't need them and it will avoid any issue later"). I love Brookside Dental. They are just great. They are super friendly, pro, explain the why and what in details, have modern equipment and never ever push for a treatment unless it is needed. Their pricing are clear (though slightly over what MSFT premera covers for instance for bi-yearly cleaning) and they are really good at both being on time and helping you accomodate when your adenda changes (even if they are very booked, they seemed to always fairly quickly find a spot when needed). In short: they're great and they can make visits as pleasant as dentist visits can be. more

Dr Pat has done several tooth colored fillings for me that are very beautiful. Her work is absolutely painless. Dr Cindy made a special night guard for my because my jaws were sore when I would wake up in the morning--the night guard fixed the problem. The whole staff is Friendly and I feel like I am a friend rather than a patient. I have recommended Brookside Dental to several of my friends who go to Dr Pat and Dr Cindy. more

Excellent Dentists and staff here. I was a regular patient for a while and then decided to get my smile changed. I really like the work that Dr Cindy did to give me a new smile--I am really happy. I had several new teeth done that made my smile really great. I get lots of compliments from my friends and other people about how nice my smile looks. I have seen both the doctors and they are both fantastic--very concerned about your comfort and the final outcome of how your teeth look. more
