Overall our experience with Brooks Plumbing was very good. It did take a little while for them to come out to our house, but that was because they had other jobs. Once they did come out everything went very quickly and smoothly. I had no complaints. I first met Terry with Brooks Plumbing when he hired me to build a garage shop for his home. He told me he was a plumber and I started using his services on the projects I was working on, which are mainly residential. Terry is very responsive and people-friendly. My customers just love him. He also is very knowledgeable and knows how to make things work. For example, I do a lot of remodeling, and sometimes there are odd things we have to do to make it work. Terry is good about being ingenuitive. Brooks Plumbing does terrific work. Terry has always followed up very nicely. He is a great plumber and a great person to work with. I started using Brooks Plumbing because of a personal reference and have continued to use them because they are courteous and quick. They also are reasonable in terms of cost. The home plumbing work they have done for us has turned out very well. They are good about the money that needs to be spent and making sure you get a fixture that you really want. more

I had a simple bathtub faucet leak, and I paid Brooks Plumbing $400 to fix the leak. After the Brooks plumbing technician left I had a faucet that not only leaked, but also would sometimes stop working altogether. I had to keep calling them to tell them the problem was still there and they came out a few times, but they never did fix it. In response to my 4th call, the owner said that he would not send someone out to fix it without charging me again. He told me that they would have to rip up my whole shower to remove and replace the faucet housing. The next day, a friend of mine came to take a look at it and was able to fix the problem with a $0.59 washer, and informed me that the washer would have taken care of the original problem that I paid $400 for. I would hope that this company is normally more professional and ethical than in my case, but I would not call them again. more
