Great response time and repair service from Brooks Overhead - Cypress. My garage door would not close because the electric eyes were not functioning. They were on time and service was included in my warranty so the labor did not cost me anything. more

I called Brooks Overhead - Cypress when the night before leaving on vacation, my garage door would not lower. I immediately got to speak with a REAL person who tried to help me figure out how to close it using the emergency pull (which was no longer useful due to previous homeowner`s misuse of it). Then, they sent somone out within 1hr. He worked quickly and not only fixed the problem to close the garage door, but installed a new emergency pull, lubricated the tracks, and had the time and pleasant personality to talk with us a bit - all within just over an hour. What a lifesaver!!! more

Brooks Overhead - Cypress is professional (the service person was friendly and knowledgeable), reliable (i.e. on time), convenient (a service person was at my house within a few hours of my first call), and honest (my final bill was the same as predicted by the on-site quote). Brooks Overhead - Cypress came highly recommended by my neighbor, and I will not hesitate to contact them again in the future, should I need a repair. Great company! more

Awesome garage door replacement 5/16/2013

The was done professionally. The tech changed the springs and rollers on my garage door. It is so quiet now going up and down. It`s like starting off with a new product from day one. The service person called ahead to let me know they were coming. The arrived ontime, promptly fixed the door and completed the annual maintenance. The service person was extremely nice-a pleasant way to start the day. I would defintely recommend them and plan to use them again for the annual maintenance. more
