Positive Buying Experience @ Brooks Biddle Automotive 1/7/2015

After looking for a used Toyota Highlander online we found the best deal in Bothell at Brooks Biddle Automotive. It was well worth the drive from Federal Way. Brad Davis, our sales representative, was friendly and helpful. He did not pressure us in any way and made sure he took care of every detail to make sure we were thoroughly happy with our purchase. In the future we will definitely head back to Brooks Biddle Automotive. more

Professional and easy dealership 12/30/2014

Friendly Service Went the distance to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Filled our tank and detailed prior to us leaving. Office space was professional and clean. Put the car on the rack so that I could inspect the undercarriage. Overall, I was very well pleased and enjoyed doing business with Scott Mason more

Great company to buy a car from! 12/4/2014

I purchased my 2012 Impala the day after Thanksgiving. This is the second car I've purchased from Brooks Biddle. Both times I received great customer service from this dealership and was always treated well. Very knowledgeable sales people and very easy financing. Both Jeff,sales and Jim, finance were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Brooks Biddle for your next car purchase. more

Oustanding customer service. 12/1/2014

I live in Alaska, and was looking for a car to buy. Called 2 places that I had in mind. Brooksbiddle not only answered all of my questions immediately. But, they looked into the car I was interested in, and got back to me within 30 mins. Liked they had promised. I cannot say that for the other car dealer ship. They got back to me the next day. I went with Brooksbiddle because of there outstanding customer service. They drove the car down to Alaska Marine lines for me. My wife and happy are thankful for there services. Great Service had engine issue and no other local Kirkland dealer had time to look at it. Brooks Biddle said to bring it in and they would check it out and see what the issue was. They had it repaired in less than a day and I was back on the road. more
