would have been a 5 star except for one missing bolt - the battery ground bolt. if this is resolved easily i will amend the rating. but notice! still a 4 star! cuz these people say what they mean and mean what they say! and the do the job! more

honesty and reliability 4/7/2017

Took our 2003 Chevy Aveo in again. That little thing needs the doc periodically and Brooks Automotive gives us the services we need for an affordable price. Clear and direct with regard to if we can wait on something or need it done right away or in a month or a year, etc. I love that they take a good look, upon request, at any issues we may have at the time of our oil changes. Since we have older cars and are not mechanics, I cannot say enough how much I appreciate this business. They keep our Honda, Toyota and Chevy humming along. Thanks Rob!!! more

Fair Prices and Quick Service 1/13/2017

I really liked Brooks Automotive because they listened carefully to my concerns and got my car in quickly to begin work. The brakes were changed and all the work finished in one day, and the price I was charged was very reasonable for the work done to it. I even got a number of someone to call that would help me with a recall on my car so that I wouldn't have to pay for more work that I don't need. They were very professional but also very friendly and personable! more
