Haven't actually been, but... 11/13/2006

the owner was a client of ours and he was a total sweetheart. We didn't even provide the service he needed and he still brought us bagels and cream cheese! The bagels were awesome, they were not tough like most bagels are, and they have a slight buttery taste, very good. more

poor service, rude owner 2/10/2006

YOU DONT HAVE TO VISIT BROOKLYN TO BE INSULTED. We ordered a breakfast with toast and asked for butter. Not only did we get a lecture about ecomony but we were asked to pay for the butter. We also ordered a ""toasted"" bagel, which was delivered cold, and then had to cough up more money for cream cheese. Someone forgot to tell this owner he is in Texas, where people expect to be treated politely. more
