The name say's it all Brooklyn, as in NEW YORK. The proprietor, Kevin, is fom NY. Having just moved to Michigan, I was on a desperate search for someone who knew how to make a pizza in a brick oven (not a conveyor belt). Not only does Brooklyn Boyz have the oven, they make their own sauce and dough. Couple that with fresh sausage and peeper and watchout..heaven on earth. The pizza's are fabulous. Some call them gourmet pizza's. I have turned 20+ people onto this restaurant. They all love it. Although there are still some sqeaksters who complain about the price. Thye are still stuck in the coupon - 2 for $5 scene. When you go, say hello to Kevin, and ask him for an appetizer order of his famous Garlic Knots. They will ruin your dinner (because they are filling), but they are to die for! - JCH
