Worst experience ever. I ordered bacon egg an cheese and everytime I picked the bagel up the giant party of chopped up questionable meat/egg product would fall out. Drove me crazy. more

Such great service. Every time I go there the woman Robin is always joking and having a great time with the customers. Reminds me of being back in New York. The food is better than the service and everything is made to order, always hot, always fresh and always great. This mom and pop is hidden gem and a great thing to have in a franchise filled palm beach!! more

Stopped by yesterday. The neon sign said "Hot Bagels". I asked the server which bagel type would be hot and she said none. Very rude. I ordered a poppy and had two bites and into the garbage can (which looked like it hadn't been scrubbed down in weeks.) Go somewhere else! more

Bagels are great but eggs are microwaved 10/30/2011

Fantastic bagels, butskip the eggs, omelets and anything to do with cooked eggs. They are microwaved and will burn your mouth unless they sit for 10 minutes. If they can get the water right for the bagels why cant they break out a frying pan and cook an egg? Get your coffee and bagels to go and leave the eggs to someone who cares. more

Do yourself a huge favor and avoid Brooklyn Bagel in Palm Beach Gardens! \r \r My family was there on 4/10/11. The counter girl was very rude and the amount of cream cheese on our bagels to go were so small that we had to ask why. we were told that they only give a smear, anymore would be double the price.\r \r We then walked out and went to Bagel Boys. There was no issue there!! more

We visited the Northlake Blvd. location on the day before Yom Kippur (Sunday) so we could have bagels for our guests we invited to our home after sundown on Monday. We requested one dozen garlic bagels. We should have checked inside the bag before leaving, but we saw the gentleman reached into the "Garlic Bagels" bin and give us one dozen so we did not see the need to check.\r When we got home and opened the bag, what we found was one dozen ONION bagels which were all burnt! We had to go to Publix today and buy some of their bagels to make up for what Brooklyn Bagel did not give us. I don't know whose fault this is but it will not happen again to us. From now on we either go to Bagel Boyz or Manhattan Bagels when we are having a party and don't want to serve our guests burned bagels and the wrong type of bagel! more
