That extra mile 8/5/2013

I thought I had heard a knock in my engine on startup and took it in for a checkup. Of course I heard it in my garage and because I left the vehicle overnight it was stored outside. The crew was unable to hear the sound but were quite gracious about parking it in the bay and checking it out the next morning. They went that extra mile and again heard no knock. I feel much better and appreciate the time they took to ensure that my concerns were addressed. more

The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, timely. They infrom you of what is needed to repair your car. A cost estimate is provided up front therefore there are no surprises. Their pricies are very competitiive.They keep good records of the work that has been done on my car. It is good to have that on record for many reasons. To top it off they are nice folks. easy to work with. more

Oil change during tornado watch. 6/11/2013

I called for an oil change and a radiator flush, and was told to come right over. There was an opening. I ended up staying there for a while due to a late Friday afternoon rush. Oh well. Everything came out fine. more

Helpful receptionist, mechanics and owner 4/14/2013

I needed a ride home and the receptionist took the time to do that. Also we have been coming to Brookhaven long before when they were around the corner. I tell anyone I know who looks for a good place to take their car, that my experience at Brookhaven is that they are honest, fair and trustworthy people. You do not have to worry about being ripped off. They are competitive on pricing. Many years ago I tried other places but always was disappointed and have never taken my cars/vehicles anywhere else and now my son and his wife take their cars there. so we are now a 2nd generation doing business with Brookhaven. I also have sent others to Brookhaven who have been just as satisfied. more
