I find that they have an insurmountable knowledge, never talk down to me & explain things, & have even given me the option to cut my repair costs by using good used parts. Bad Bad Store!!!!!!!!!! 6/4/2011

Run from this store. Took my vacuum in to get repaired and was told it was unrepairable. So I brought a new vacuum. Well it never worked right and they accused me of replacing the hose on the unit. Why would I replace the hose on a new unit. Then the salesman admitted he took my hose out and gave it to another customer. In the process I was given another cheap hose. Run.....as fast as you can from this store. more

Bad Repair - Good Cleaning 9/14/2010

Went to Brookfield Vac and paid almost fifty bucks to repair my riccar, the thing still acting up and shuts off when it overheats. Went to another vac shop on Capitol dr. and replaced my reset switch for $28 and the problem ceased. Not good experience even though the vacuum did come back clean. more

Think about it... 12/1/2009

Wow! I have been a customer for 7 years. I never felt overcharged. You get what you pay for & knowledge may cost a little extra. I am totally surprised by the reviews below. I prefer quality instead of buying a cheap vacuum every 2 years. I never felt pressured to buy! more

Don't Go! Complete scam! 12/19/2008

The other two reviews hit it on the head. These people attempted to convince me to do a $20 repair when all I needed was a belt. That's my last time going there. more

Super Expensive, AVOID!!!! 12/6/2008

Like the other review said, the staff is "nice" but very high pressure sales techniques. I would completely stay away, there are plenty of vacuum shops in the city to get your vacuum and service your vacuum, there are places that will pick it up from you for free. more

GOT OVERCHARGED - VERY UNHAPPY! 6/13/2007

The staff is nice, but very pushy and too much pressure! I felt almost threatened by these guys. \r \r When I tried to make a return, they would not accept it. \r \r Bad Experience. more
