In general very pleasant experience. Doctor and nurses are very attentive, polite and keep you as comfortable and informed as they can. Four stars given for not very pleasant hygienist lady, she was not happy with me taking just regular cleaning. They told me I need scaling, but I can't afford it right now. So for 45 minutes I was listening to her oo-ing and aa-ing about how bad that I can not do better cleaning, how it is hard for her to work right now on me and so on... Not good, one sentence at the end of treatment explaining what is needed would be enough. more

Great! Fast, too fast? 9/30/2011

I had fillings performed and they did a great job. It's the day after and I feel fine. Only feeling of concern, which is small, would be it felt a little like they were trying to be fast during the procedure. I understood they are professionals but it felt a little like they had to speed for some reason, next appointment maybe. Otherwise they did an amazing job! more

It's always nice to not be dreading going to the dentist. For many people, including myself, the dentist isn't really an exciting "chore" to do. Thankfully, G is great and the staff are always helping and welcoming. Thank you more

Great job! 9/29/2011

I recently had an old restoration replaced. Dr. Smith asked if it had been bothering me, and I replied that I had been to a different dentist 3 times complaining about that tooth, and he kept telling me it was nothing. Dr. Smith fixed it and told me if I had gone much longer, I would have needed a root canal! Thanks, Dr. Smith, for catching my cavity!! more

Always a pleasure to see Lisa. She is so pleasant, does a thorough job without ripping your mouth apart! She is a great conversationalist and is genuinely intersted in you and your family. Dr. Wong is always pleasant as well and very thorough. more

Excellent service 9/25/2011

I saw Dr. Rasimi, oral surgeon, at Brook West. IT was a wonderful experience. Great Dr. No pain!! He also called a few hours later to see how I was doing. The Brook West staff also called to check on me. Great staff, excellent service! more

'G' did a great job on my cleaning. I always ensure that he performs my cleaning since he can clean, scrape, and test my gums with really no pain. You are awesome. See u in 6 months more

Great 9/20/2011

Like most people, I don't necessarily enjoy going to the dentist, but this time I did. Lara was my hygienist. She was super cool and great to talk to and really is the reason I enjoyed my time in the chair. I give her a 5, but I have to knock a star off because of the clinic wait time. more
