Yesterday my daughter received a termination of employment from the Gladwin Brook. She is a stylist who enjoyed the time she was with the residents. She pampered them with love, respect, she made their experience a fun time. The Shoppe there was not equiped with the right chair to assist the clients....so she brought in her own chair to accomadate these ladies. The shppe was not equiped with the right products. JoAnne went out of her way to make it easier for the ladies every week. But when Management does not pay the stylist for her time at the shoppe......what does she do? She like all other people who work for a living depends on their pay as well as JoAnne did. But to be fired because she did not come to work becasue she was not paid is just wrong. The manager of the Gladwin location had many times met with JoAnne on this fact and well as JoAnne talked with the main office and told them she had to be paid before every Wed. day of work at the Brook. But due to their failure to comply with her........instead fired her.
I see are real problem with this. You have let a stylist go due to your failure. I am really dissapointed with the way this has been handled........I sure hope you treat the next stylist with better respect than you gave JoAnne...no wonder you can't keep help in the salon..
