Brook Furniture has always provided our customers with quality furniture for every budget. We are a housing rental service and when we are in need of a furnished rental we only use Brook Furniture. We have tried others but Brook has consistently provided great service and quality furniture. They have a fabulous showroom floor that clients can purchase gently used furniture as well. As an Apartment Manager, I have used various furniture rental companies for many years with different management companies for various reasons. I recently contacted Brook Furniture to quickly furnish an apartment for a new move-in. All three ladies, Kari, Angel and Chris (forgive my spelling) were extremely helpful. I received quotes right away. They delivered the furniture as promised and when the resident wanted a change to some of the bedding, the change was made the same day! That's customer service!!! There were not any extra fees or paperwork, we just signed for the exchange and that was it. The resident was very happy with the apartment. We will be working with them exclusively in the future.
