Bronco Motors

Three years ago I purchased a slightly used Honda Crosstour from Bronco. The car has been flawless and only now did it become necessary to procure service on it. After getting repair estimates from three different Honda dealers, A trusted associate asked if I had looked into getting the repair done where I purchased the vehicle and , honestly, the thought never crossed my mind. I decided to take a flyer and give Bronco a call.....boy, am I glad I did!..The repair quote was HALF of what the others were. I dropped off my car, without an appointment and the Service advisor, Brandon Ayala had an estimate to me within ninety minutes! It was late in the day so Brandon asked politely if he could have my car overnight. I replied in the affirmative, and lo and behold The young man calls me mid morning of the next day, telling me my car was done, the outcome was perfect and they even washed my car for me! The bill was to the penny of what Brandon quoted and my expectations for the transaction were greatly exceeded....I heartily recommend Bronco Motors service (and Sales, for that matter!)...First cabin experience!! I bought a used Santa Fe here a few months ago and have had a terrible experience the Bronco Motors so far. They are not will to negotiate with the price at all. The price was only slightly high so I was okay buying it. Once I got the car about 30 second into driving it off the lot the gas light comes on. I tried calling the manager to tell him that I was displeased with my service and just keep getting the run around. After three times trying to contact him he was never available. In summary I would say Bronco Motors is going to nickels and dime you for every last penny they can possibly suck out of you. Hopefully you don't have any problems because you are on your own with how bad there service is. I won’t be buying another car from Bronco Motors in the future. more

I went here looking for a new car. I was suprised I was able to look through the lot without being assaulted by teams of sales people trying to make a buck. I felt very relaxed and when I found which vehicles I was interested in I went inside and a nice salesman helped me out and let me take a test drive. My overall experience was very nice and not stressful what so ever. more
