I graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1977. From then until 2002 I practiced at Lancaster, Wisconsin. After my father died, I decided to set up shop in the home my grandfather's grandfather built in 1856. And so I returned to LaGrange.I represent both debtors and creditors, but I work primarily for debtors. My practice includes work in all 4 chapters of the Bankruptcy Code, Chapter 128 wage-earner plans under Wisconsin law, and out-of-court debt settlements. I also assist clients in resolving problems with the Internal Revenue Service and the Wisconsin Department of Revenue. I am experienced with both consumer and business bankruptcies, and am board-certified as a Business Bankruptcy Specialist by the American Board of Certification.
