My Husband and I recently bought a beautiful Volts Wagon TDI series 2013 less then a week a careless teen Rear ended us and pushed us into a car n front of us WE were so shocked and scared our new car front and back damaged bye such a careless act,,,the next day we went to where our car was towed it was at brodies auto body he was very comforting in telling us what needed to be done .and promised the best work on our car if we would trust him to do the work IM GLAD WE DID the work on our car took long but Patience is a virtue we got our car as if it was NEVER IN AN ACCIDENT...THANK YOU BRODIES AUTO BODY WERE SO HAPPY WITH WORK YOU KEPT YOUR PROMISE we are ever gratful signed your loyal customers the Raninov Family more

Excellent quality work, always fast and easy to deal with 8/14/2010

I have been to Brodies for over 13 years with various cars owned by me as well as a few family and friends. The service has always been fast, efficient and ultimately, what I care about most, is the quality of the work done. \r \r I have had cars repaired elsewhere and while service may have been good, the quality of the work was not nearly as good as Brodies. The color always matches perfectly, they work to get things replaced instead of repaired with your insurance company and my car was truly back to normal. I have had overspray and a odd looking clearcoat finish that didn't match the rest of my car with others, but not here. I will come back here until that changes. I was sideswiped last week and I'll be heading to Brodies for the estimate and to complete the work. I know it will be done right and I know I won't have to be back again for any reason...well, until a future accident, maybe. more

Beware 2/19/2010

Would never recommend this shop to anyone. Has been nothing but a nightmare very poor if any communication regarding my vehicle. Was not repair properly and this shop has washed its hands of it. Have not had vehicle for 5 months. Does not stand by his word.... Put defective parts on vehicle will not fix. Manager Robin is horrible. Month 6 just found out parts they used were defective they never checked them out. Now at ford being fixed the right way more

A place you can trust 11/15/2009

I needed work done on my bumper, got referred to Brodie by my friend who had work done by the same shop. The results were fantastic! It came back looking better than before the accident. Limited Lifetime warranty. This place treats you right. more

Great job 7/9/2007

I accidently swiped the front right side bumper. I called Brodies and was told that I could bring in my car for an estimate anytime as long as it wasn't during 12-1 which is the lunch hour. I stopped in, and they took a look at it, said that they could probably just buff it out and it would cost $80. Since I am new here, she also offered to take me back to my apartment and pick me up when the car was done. I called back a few hours later and she told me that they had buffed it out and even washed it for me! They did a great job! more

Auto Repair 12/21/2005

When my Acura was sideswiped, I needed to find a repair shop to replace the door and window. I brought my car to Brodies and it's a old place but reading some recommendations, I decided to stop by. I wasn't very comfortable with their service as they couldn't give me a price to repair the shop and said they were too busy for my vehicle. They facility didn't look state of the art and wasn't as good as I thought from reading the recommendations. They might do great work but with my initial experience, I decided to go somewhere else. more
