We have tried all 3 locations: Bamboo Bistro, a quaint cafe in Corona Del Mar, their ""soup kitchen"" behind the alley way in Westminster and Brodard Chateau, their more full service restaurant and bar. Each location offers a different identity in Vietnamese Cuisine. There are many levels to the Brodard Chateau restaurant. It is very adaptable to all culinary requirements. We love Blue Crab Rolls to start off with, the ""Shaken Beef"" paired the Lychee nut martini, the House Rice Noodle dish and top the evening off with the Apple Tart and the homemadeIce Cream (get 2 scoops!). Their french coffee pairs perfectly with their dessert selections!
Pros: Great wine list, full bar and French Influenced
