This is the second time I've used this company. They are awesome! Very professional, on time and the job gets done right and to code. We used a different company for a water heater last year and it was a disaster. They didn't do anything to code and the new one failed within 6 months! I recently had a water heater removed and installed by a technician with Emergency Plumbing The work completed by the technician named Jay was excellent. He was prompt and very professional. I had service done from emergency plumbing on a leak in the wall which i thought was from my washer that is on its last leg. i had an appliance company out from my warranty company to fix it. After they checked my washer they found no leak from it but did advise I will be needing a new one soon. He said for me to callback the warranty company to send out a plumber. They assigned me to emergency plumbing and I called them. The person on the phone was very helpful. He asked if the appliance tech at least shut the water off to prevent any damage. I told him no, and he walked me through to turn it off until they got to my house. Thank God it was only leaking on my concrete floor! more

Had a serious drain problem. I had been up all night bailing water from the sink waiting for another company to show up for a call back. (As this was a reoccurring problem) they showed up at 7:00 pm that evening and worked 2 hours disassembling the entire kitchen drain system. They cleared the line and rebuilt the system and refused payment from me, saying that the other company would be billed. He could have billed me AND the previous company & I'd have been none the wiser! Great service, good guy. Highly recommend.\r more
