AMAZING! 11/10/2008

I had a pair of boots and a pair of heels that I thought were goners... they both had the metal totally coming out from the caps (you know... you walk and they make those embarrassingly loud 'clicky' metal noise). I dropped them by, ran a few errands... came back and they were like new... metal was gone, brand new caps. I had them also polish my boots and the scuffs were totally gone. The service was GREAT and the workers really are pros and totally know what they are doing. The best part is their stamp card... after you get 5 pairs of heels fixed, the 6th pair is FREE! I will absolutely only go to them from now on!! Pros: Stamp card, experienced workers, validated parking. more

Wouldn't Take My Shoes Anywhere Else 11/7/2007

I've had at least a dozen heels repaired, multiple leather soles zipped, and a broken strap mended on my favorite red patent leather pumps, all done by Broadway Shoe Repair. I have excellent taste in shoes and spend quite a bit of money on them and wouldn't trust anyone else besides Broadway Shoe Repair to handle them. Sure it's not the cleanest and cutest shop but they do good work and I've NEVER been disappointed with their work. Maybe people just shouldn't be purchasing dye able shoes anymore..... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND 6/29/2007

I was very disapointed. I would never go back. I asked to have a pair of sandals dyed and it looked awful. There was smuge marks all over on the inside of shoes. It looked very sloppy and unprofexxional. They completely ruined my brand new sandals. more
