Went looking for a used F-150 with my Mom at Broadway Ford. Just when we were going to leave...Out came Grant Fastabend. Before we new it I was test driving a really nice used 06....

I needed a low mileage, fuel efficient car to get back and forth to work. Jay came out and helped me find something that I liked and helped me get payments that I could afford. Thanks a ton Jay! When it comes time to purchase a car for my husband we will definately be looking you up! more

With three kids that play hockey, we needed a bigger vehicle to pack around all of my childrens hockey equipment (and it's A LOT). My husband and I went to Broadway Ford to search for a SUV that would work for us. Needless to say, Jay found us out the wandering around and help us find exactley what we were looking for. Not only was he professional in his demeanor, he gave us the time we needed to talk it over without being one of those pushy sales men that makes you want to walk away from the lot. Jay was the greatest!! Thank you so much for helping us get into something that we will be able to pack the kids (and all the equipment) around in!! more

Ray Corona has integrity 5/12/2011

Ray, at Broadway Ford was good to his word which I appreciate in a salesman. I was home recouping from surgery so I couldn't car shop. No problem, Ray brought the car to my home, took the time to show me the car and took me for a test drive as I couldn't drive at that point. He followed through with all my requests and then some. more

Just purchase a 2008 Ford Explorer from Jay Smith.one of the best salesmen I have worked with. Worked very hard to not only help us understand the differences with the vehicles we were looking at, but was willing to have a car sent from Boise to try to help us. No haggLing with prices just the best deal he could get us. Great vehicle, great rate, and more gallons than my kids knew what to do with. I am not an exclusive ford man, but would never hesitate to go or send someone I know back to Jay for help finding a vehicle. more

My husband and I went to Broadway Ford to buy a truck for our business and Jay Smith was right there at the door eagerly greeting us. We told him what we were looking for and he immediately took us to a 2006 F350 Power-stroke. It was exactly what we were looking for. We then negotiated and Jay gave us an awesome deal and was very upfront with the cost and warrantys and we bought the truck and are still happy and satisified customers to this day. He did such an awesome job as a salesman we now recommend our family and friends to deal directly with him. Keep up the awesome work Jay. more

Jason was efficient with service and directed me in the way I needed to be. He offered me a great deal on a new truck but at this time I could not afford it at the time. If I had the choice I would love to go back to Broadway to buy my new truck when the time comes. I got outstanding service and great customer support. Great Customer Service 5/8/2011

Found the SUV I wanted online, called to get info on the vehicle. Not only did they tell me about the SUV but did a personalized video showing me the vehicle. I drove about 3 plus hours to purchase this vehicle. As soon as I drove up to the dealership Jay Smith came out to meet me. Loved the friendly customer service, no pressure to purchase, just a laid back atmosphere. Was really treated like family. Bought the SUV for a fair price and was given a fair trade in. Only disappointment was the SUV have very little gas in it. Guess I thought they would have sent me out with a full tank of gas. Other than that, Jay Smith and Broadway Ford was a wonderful experience. Have had several phone calls checking on my purchase, want to know if everything was to my satisfaction and answered all my questions. Thanks Jay for all your customer service and follow up. In a time where customer service seems to be a thing of the past, Broadway Ford still shows the importance of making happy. Thanks Jay Smith! more

jay Smith, was vary good to work with. I have never liked fords but after having many poor experiences with other dealerships in town we decided to try Broadway Ford. Jay gave us straight forward honest opinions and never once treated us like we couldn't afford something based on our age. As a result we bought the most expensive vehicle that we have ever owned, and yes were loving it. i even think i might be a Ford Fan now. our over all experience with Broadway Ford has been vary good. Jay continues to offer us good advice and help us with future purchases. more

I recently purchased my new to me, used vehicle at Broadway Ford and could not have been more happy wth my salesman, Jay Smith and Broadway Ford. The car is excellent, we negotiated a very fair price and it was done very quickly. I love my new vehicle and will definately go back when in the market to buy another car. more
