Found the SUV I wanted online, called to get info on the vehicle. Not only did they tell me about the SUV but did a personalized video showing me the vehicle. I drove about 3 plus hours to purchase this vehicle. As soon as I drove up to the dealership Jay Smith came out to meet me. Loved the friendly customer service, no pressure to purchase, just a laid back atmosphere. Was really treated like family. Bought the SUV for a fair price and was given a fair trade in. Only disappointment was the SUV have very little gas in it. Guess I thought they would have sent me out with a full tank of gas. Other than that, Jay Smith and Broadway Ford was a wonderful experience. Have had several phone calls checking on my purchase, want to know if everything was to my satisfaction and answered all my questions. Thanks Jay for all your customer service and follow up.
