This is for their 34th Street & 7th Ave office.Today was my second attempt to redeem the Groupon for an hour massage. Three weeks ago I was already on the table when the LMT had to reschedule me due to illness. No problem, people get sick. And I did have a brief conversation with the Chiropractor, and an adjustment from him last week that was quite good. But today was the first day they had that I could make after work. And the hour massage was already paid for. They called to remind me. All good so far. I get there at 4:50 for my 5pm appointment (I had an appointment with the chiropractor after the massage. I planned on seeing him 2-4 times a month.), I say hello to one of the many women working at the desk. She just stared at me, so I signed in... she's still staring... so I sit down and wait. And wait and wait and listen to their inane conversation about some guy who came into the office who had blue eyes. They were very excited about the blue eyes. Finally, at 5:20 I stand up and walk the 3 feet to the desk and tell them I'm leaving. One of the women in the back said accusingly ""I didn't know you were here. You didn't announce yourself! How were we supposed to know you were here?"" Um, said hello, signed in, sat 3 feet from you! She then begrudgingly offered me a 30 minute massage because I can't make the Chiropractor wait. No thanks; that kind of treatment of patients is not acceptable. So they lost a patient. And Groupon refunded my money. Thank you Groupon Customer Service! more

I've never been to a chiropractor before trying out this one. I only went because of the Living Social deal. I ended up getting an adjustment and an hour long massage, and I walked out of there feeling wonderful. I'll be heading back again and again because it is well worth it! more

Definitely needed a chiropractic adjustment after these past several months without having a decent massage.\r \r The chiropractor was great, focused on the areas I told him were giving me problems and he really helped loosen up some of the knots in my shoulders and upper back. Huge difference in how I move and how much better I feel! After the second stage of treatment, I got long lasting relief. Dr. Klein explained to me that (Phase 2: Corrective Care) was vital in keeping the pain from returning,even though it had lessened substantially after my initial treatment phase. My lower back pain although not totally gone is no longer forcing me to take ibuprofen 3 times daily,maybe twice a week at the most.Dr. Klein and the whole staff at their clinic are very caring and professional. more

I discovered this company on Living Social to receive a hour massage and a chiropractic consultation for $35...GREAT DEAL...WRONG!!! Unfortunately, this place had a separate appointment book for ""Living Social"" customers which happened to be a 3 month waiting list. So for $35 I waited from June to September and on the day of my visit found out I was never scheduled. When I asked what could have happened the RUDE receptionist told me I need to call the other locations to find my appointment. Then proceeded to tell me that she didn't have time to give me the numbers or help me resolve this matter even after I asked if it were possible to reschedule for another time that week. After this poor customer service and terrible attitude I contacted Living Social for a refund. Broadway Chiropractic & Wellness will NEVER get my business or referrals from me. more

I met with Dr. Shave a couple of weeks ago and I finally after years of horrible hip pain feel much better. The staff was very nice when waiting and I feel the office is clean compared to other nyc offices. I have long gone to other chiropractors and finally I feel that bcw really took care of the pain.
