Get a clue, Broadway 9/18/2010

All I want is a good independent movie house in the SLC. But every time I go to the Broadway, either the film is damaged, the sound goes off in the middle of a scene, the lights mysteriously turn on in the middle of a movie or like tonight, the movie just breaks and doesn't even show. Oh, and not only did I have to argue to get my money refunded when the movie didn't work and I was paying 12$ an hour for babysitting, but when I demanded to go see a different movie for free, the manager gave me a hard time. I hate this place and all I want to do is love it. more

Excellent selection, great for students 10/1/2005

The Broadway is an excellent theatre for students. Show your student id and get in for matinee prices. Parking is not an issue thanks to the validated parking. You can get pizza from the Pie, or, better, Kinder chocolates and first-rate popcorn. In addition, the Broadway shows films you are not likely to see elsewhere in SLC during their first-run. However, don't expect this theatre to have the latest digital sound system or reclining seats. It's not Jordan Commons, for the better and the worse. The people are very friendly that work there. Movies are also good, mostly independent movies. Never really to crowded. Pros: great popcorn, good popcorn more

Very good 5/27/2002

The Broadway offers movies that we really like. We've found that the movies don't stay for a long time, so see it when it comes out. Parking is good, at the ramp (validated) or street is good. Pros: good films, parking, convenient Cons: very loud sound more
