Broadway Bingo

Horrible! They cheat, and they say non profit? I know for a fact they are stealing money, plus they treat the customers like crap even taking extra tips from people, these people don't deserve to be in business. Personally I am suing them for defamation of character along with a host of infractions! Don't contribute to thieves! more

I've been going to Broadway Bingo since they have opened.They have been going down hill fast.Now they let the workers and managers play all the time.I go to other bingo places and you never see this happen.Don't know what to say to the management about this but it is getting worse.Also the cell phone problem.Never heard so many cell phone calls at a bingo hall ever.That is just disrespectful and the management should do something about this.The place is clean and the food is ok but with the employees and workers playing and winning all the time it makes you wonder if it is fixed.Very disappointing.I used to go weekly but now go maybe once a month or every two months.It used to be my fun day out to relax but now it is stressful and not worth going.I'd rather save up and go to the Indian Casino.Don't waste your time... more

My friends and family have been playing bingo at Broadway for years now; and as of late have decided we will no longer go there. Very sad for us but even worse is feeling that you are playing against the house. Almost any day that you go to bingo there, there is either a volunteer or a manager from another day playing there. It gets real discouraging when the volunteers/managers win. In most of the large casinos and in all of the Indian casinos workers are not allowed to play their own casino. I feel bingo should be the same way and I have a very strong feeling that I am not the only one looking for a new bingo! more

Facility was clean. We are all in our 60's. This was our first time at Broadway Bingo but we're certainly not novices at the game. We found ourselves overwhelmed as the Caller was TOO fast when calling numbers. We all bought-in at the highest packages. You would think that when they pass out X number of cards to play, the caller would allow you time to play those cards. The crowd was shouting to him to SLOW DOWN but he either did not hear the crowd or he choose not to listen in an effort to get all the games in by closing time. Everyone at my table was stressed out trying to keep up with the Caller. We did not enjoy our evening and would not go back to Broadway Bingo because of this experience. Pros: Great value packages Cons: Caller doesn't give you time to play more
