Please avoid Broadview Security (formerly Brinks Security). They are suppose to give me a one month credit for all the billing screwups, instead they charged me an extra month on my credit card. This was about 6 months ago and they are still reviewing it, meanwhile they are billing my credit card monthly on time. You wanted a company that pisses you off big time, not many out there can beat this POS company. Pros: They take your money on time Cons: Terrible customer support and lying sales person more

Save your money - avoid Broadview 10/22/2009

I could go into the long story of an uncaring company that only cares about its money, but do yourself a favor - PLEASE avoid this company and choose another provider. Pros: They monitor your alarm. Cons: They only care about your money. more
