Without a doubt Broadstripe is the worst cable company I have ever used. The service is lousy, at best. The techs are ignorant, seldom are calls returned, and when a call is returned it is usually to state the obvious 'We are working on this issue'. They must be extremely busy working, as no results have ever been seen. They are costly, and provide no offers to entice subscribers to new services. If I could have selected no stars for the rating, I would have. Anyone would fare better with a Dish. Once I asked a tech how many clients Broadstripe had, was told 750,000. I asked how many techs to answer phones, was told 30. I would love for Broadstripe to take a long leap off a dark cliff.
