Couldn't be more pleased with John and the entire crew at Broadco Property Restoration! They showed up within 25 minutes of my call to help me with a frozen pipe break that flooded the entire first floor of my house and went undiscovered for a week. They were professional, courteous, organized and even wore the boot covers to keep things as clean as they could. They got all of the water out and had it dry in no time. The communication I had with the project manager was stellar throughout the whole rebuild process! My home is back and better than ever thanks to these guys, definitely a wise choice!! Terrible Project Management! 7/14/2014

This company came out to Lake Orion after a huge hail storm and signed contracts with several of my neighbors. Big mistake on our part. The so called "Project Manager" does not return our calls or the calls of our adjuster! The contractor that came out said he would not get to our job until their past due balance was paid because along with not returning calls - they also don't pay their contractors! Nightmare!!!! Do not use out of town Companies. more
