When they sold me my car, Broad Street agreed to perform a number of repairs before I drove it away, such as replacing old belts, installing a new battery, etc. I had to come back twice, because they didn't do what they promised the first time. In time I noticed that all of the repairs were sloppy half-measures -- cheap parts, improperly installed, etc. But once the papers were signed they acted like they didn't know me. It's been a year and a half and I'm still discovering their shoddy work. The only repair they actually (apparently) fully kept their word on was replacing the battery. Last week when I replaced a headlight bulb I discovered that the battery has no hold-down. I brought it to my mechanic, who told me that there's never been a hold down on this battery in this car, because it's the wrong size battery. Do yourself a big favor and avoid this place.
