This last cleaning was particularly good. I was very pleased upon returning home. more

It's hard to write a detailed review, as different teams may be used at each visit. But overall I'm very happy with their service. I'm not very picky. Every now and then something gets broken, or put back in the wrong place, but this is just part of housekeeping. I used to work at home, so I would see the maids and chat with them. All I've met are friendly, interesting (primarily) young, polite ladies who appear committed to their work, even if its not their dream job. They are good with my cats, too, which is very importrant to me. I'm also quite happy with my communications with the administrative office. The office is good about rescheduling due to holidays or other crisis. more

I HAVE USED BRITTANY MAIDS SERVICES SINCE THE FALL OF 1998 AND BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR ATTENTATIVE SERVICE. THE LADIES SEEM TO WORK WELL TOGETHER AS A TEAM TO GET THE JOB DONE AND USUALLY ASK ME TO CHECK AND SEE IF EVERYTHING LOOKS LIKE IT SHOULD. I have used Brittany Maids for over 20 years. I've tried other services just to make a comparison and beleive me there was none. Brittany Maids out performed the "other" services in just about every way. I have two German Shepherd dogs, and boy do they shed. But I can count on having all of the dog hair cleaned up when the Brittany team leaves. I also travel quite a bit and have to change my schedule a lot, and the office is very accomodating. Important to me as well, is that all of the teams have been very professional and pleasent to have in my home. I can always reach someone in the office, if I have a small problem, special request or schedule change. You can really tell that Brittany Maids is a company which is managed very professioanlly. more

I regularly recommend Brittany Maids. I was one of their first customers when I started using them back in the late 1980s. I needed a cleaning service because I was working full-time and my mother was living with me. I could not meet mother's cleaning standards. Brittany Maids has had a key to my house since I started using them and there has never been an integrity problem. I do not have to be here when they come. They are very reliable and accommodating. If I am having a party, they can change the cleaning schedule for me. I also call them for repair advice if I break something around the house. I have no desire to change cleaning companies. Brittany Maids makes me more orderly than I am by nature. They were always wonderful with my mother and good to my dog. I am not a perfectionist, so I do not expect perfection, but if I average out my experiences with Brittany Maids over time, they are prefect.
