This is the first time I have ever written a negative on-line review, as I am a big fan of supporting local businesses, but my experiences with Dr. Deepak Khurana has been so negative (and expensive), that I feel compelled to warn others. I care about my pets, so much so that, I am willing to do whatever it takes to keep them comfortable, so cost is not the real issue, and to be fair, in the early years of Dr. Khurana's practice I considered him a good vet. Dr. Khurana took over his practice from Dr. Kelly in 2009; Dr Kelly was ethical, a lovely person and a fine veterinarian. My concern is that I have seen a real change in Dr. Khurana as his confidence and practice developed. What is at issue is the fact that this vet now encourages testing and treatments much beyond what is in the best interests of my animals. I will share a few examples. Awesome experience 10/30/2010

I have all praises for this hospital. I went to this place for a second opinion for my dog Luna, the staff was so nice and professional which won my heart right away. And Dr. Khurana was very thorough with his exam and discussed Luna's case in detail. I had a lot of questions, which he answered without any hurry until I was satisfied. He seems to be very knowledgable, kind and easily approachable. At the checkout, my bill was not high either. In the nutshell, this place is awesome, will go there again for any of my pets problems and highly recommended. more

Love this vet! 6/19/2010

I had a wonderful experience at the Bristol Animal Hospital. I took two of puppies there and the doctor was very helpful. Unlike the other review who said they took the pets in the other room for shots...I was right there with my pups in the room when they got there shots. They don't try to overcharge you for stuff you don't need like some other vets...I was very very very happy and my pups are happy too! more

Didn't like them 1/7/2009

My dogs and cat got sick when i took them here for their booster and ravies shots. This had never happened before with my old vet. Also i didn't like the fact that they took them away from me and didn't allow me to be in the room while they were getting their shots. My old vet allowed me to be in the room while doing this procedures and answer every question or concern i had. Too bad he retired =( otherwise i would have not taken them anywhere else. more
