Great Place 11/3/2011

Brinkby was suggested to us by a friend and we have been going there for five years now. The staff is friendly and Dr. R. is great. He takes the time to explain what he is doing and why he is giving you the meds your pet needs. One other reasons we go there is that they don't gouge you with high prices. more

Amazing loving care!! 11/28/2010

This Vet is amazing! He is very personable and willing to answer all your questions and does not make you feel rushed. After moving to Reno from Utah I had been going to another vet and went to Brinkby for a second opinion. After that first visit I switched to Brinkby immediately. My dogs are part of the family and they deserve the best care available, which Brinkby gives them. I highly recommend them to everyone who wants the best loving care for their pet!! more

Excellent Care 11/28/2009

Brinkby has been here serving the neighborhood for so long because of its excellence. With respect to Fran C., its amazing how people will think that just because something is posted on the internet it must be "god's truth." Fran fails to consider that perhaps the Brinkby is aware of the study but because, unlike Fran, Brinkby has a license, Brinkby knows more on the topic that just something posted on the internet. Fran C. should be sued for libel. Go Brinkby. more

Great Staff Great Service! :) 11/25/2008

Dr. Riccardi, his wife at the front desk, and the rest of his staff were really and truly extremely knowledgeable and caring towards us and our Poofy (our kitty). Phenomenal spaying procedure and stitches done as well. She recovered very quickly and had none of that usual mid-section hanging skin after healing. We quite highly recommend these folks for any of your animal's needs! more

The Best 6/13/2007

We have had both our yellow labs cared for by Brinkby - which is now over 17 years. When our first lab needed to be put down, Dr. Riccardi and his entire staff not only put our Sandy's needs first, but also were incredibly, incredibly sensitive and caring of our breaking hearts. Our second lab enjoys their care now - they are terrific. more

Excellent care... 1/9/2007

When we moved to Reno we had to find a new vet for our dog... we tried a few out before being recommend to Brinkby. Finally, we had found a vet we could stick with. The staff is great and my dog s receive excellent care. The doctor is very knowledgeable of my dogs background and breed traits... I highly recommend them. more

Our whole family who lives here takes their pets to Brinkby, they are super nice people who care deeply for your pet, whether your pet is sick, just doing routine visits, or boarding-this establishment is top notch! more
