The service and staff in this apartment community are horrendous. Recently Brightwaters Apartments were purchased from Bailey Property, and since that transition things have declined rapidly. The office staff is rude, unprofessional, and unresponsive. PLEASE do not make the mistake of living there! Cons: Horrible service more
