As a Mac expert in our predominantly PC-user environment, Rick has had the foresight to predict problems before they arise, troubleshoot effectively, and has been unbelievably flexible when last-minute changes happen. He brings a sense of calm and is always the voice of reason when I’m in crisis mode, which is incredibly helpful.\r Rick keeps all stakeholders in mind, so even large system changes are seamless interactions. These folks really know their apples. They explain things in terms I can understand. They recommend the best way to accomplish what I want to do rather than just trying to sell me stuff like a store. They've been my Apple tech support in Portland since I moved here. Glad I found them. more

I'm a web designer so, obviously, computers, connectivity, and state-of-the-art design tools are a must. more

Macintosh service 1/11/2008

I have had several experiences with Brightstone and all have been wonderful -- the best in town if you own a Mac. Rick is easy to work with -- kept me updated on the status of the situation -- and resolved problems in a timely manner. Great place! more
