The service that your doctors (and their assistants) provide is an exceptional one; and my reason for re-visiting your practice once my new dental coverage included Brighter Dental as a participant. Nevertheless, the exceptional service is not (and has never been) complimented by your scheduling matrix (practice) or your Customer Service staff at your front desk. Both your matrix and front-desk staff are customer-unfriendly – at best.
