Brighter Dental Care

I've been going to Brighter Dental Care for a little under a year now (I'll have to come back and give another amazing review once I hit my dental anniversary with the office!), and they are so wonderful. I've had nothing but amazing experiences with every member of the staff. They are so kind and sweet and really put you at ease-- whether you're in for a cleaning or for major work. I know that when I was choosing a dentist, I felt like I was picking blindly and I was really nervous. Luckily, I had a friend recommend me to Dr. Singer-- and thank goodness. I don't have the time or the courage to shop around with dentists and risk and unpleasant experience. more

I would not trust any review; do your own research. All of these reviews are fake. Go ahead leave three more reviews to hide this one, I will just repost! . All of the good reviews are FAKE and written by Brighter Dental Care staff. Here is a real review: I got their name from my insurer and called up to schedule a cleaning and exam. They scheduled me for within the week, but when I got there, they had scheduled me for an exam only and it would take 2 months to get a cleaning. They said they never schedule a cleaning and an exam together. Why did they not tell me that? But that was only the beginning. The exam revealed a pretty bad cavity on my wisdom tooth. The tooth had to come out. They said I needed to come back for two more appointments: a consult with the oral surgeon and then an actual tooth pulling with the oral surgeon. This seemed like a lot of appointments on top of already having an exam with the dentist, but I called my insurance and they said both of the oral surgeon appts - the consult and the procedure -- would be covered. Okay, no problem then. But...when I m all done and my tooth is out, they tell me I have to pay out of pocket for the consult. They say my insurance rejected the claim. I say my insurance told me the consult would be covered (I am arguing with them while my mouth is filled with gauze and half my face is numb). I call my insurance company from the parking lot and they say the claim was improperly filed as another dentist exam not an oral surgeon consult. They even give me the proper codes needed to refile the claim. I walk back into the dental office with this information and with a surprisingly nice insurance representative waiting on hold on my cell phone. The ladies at the desk refuse to talk to the insurer and this witch (the supervisor, I believe) comes out and says they never use those codes and they are not going to refile it. I say, But it s covered, the insurer says it s covered! She says I m wrong. I say, but talk to the guy, he s right here on the phone. She refuses. Ve more

Good: All of the doctors were teriffic and kind. I've brought my whole family there and they were great, with everyone.. more

Good: Nothing. Bad: Dr Singer takes you in and tells you that you require thousands of dollars of work. I have 3 crowns - and all are bad. I have infections in 2 of them and will need an implant because there is no bone. My contract with them clearly states that bone was put in and there is no bone to support the crown.. Improvements: They need to be investigated and closed down for bad business practices. Not to mention Dr singer is arrogant and verbally abusive.. Other: Be warned - do not trust them.. more
