I looked for months for the best deal on a Stratoliner Deluxe. Bright Powersports had the best price over any other place in Michigan. I live 180 miles from Bright Powersports so everything was done by phone before even going there. The sales personel had everything ready for me when I got there. The staff at Bright Powersports were excellent and made my transaction very easy. They even called the following week to see how I was liking my bike. The passing lights on my 2000 Royal Star/Tour Deluxe looked yellow compared to the headlight. Jeremy, Bright's Parts Manager, hooked me up with a pair of Yamaha Star Halogen replacements lamps (Part # STR-4N-K35-10-01 in case you want to do the same) and now they're much brighter, same color as the headlight and look great at night! \r \r When I mentioned I wanted ""more front stopping power"" (these are heavy bikes) and wanted to price out some better brakes, Jeremy recommended that before I change out brakes, which is expensive, I should try adding Yamaha's steel-braded brake line. He assured me I'd feel a huge difference. He got Jeff, the Service Mgr., in on the discussion and I bought their solution. ""Wow!"" what a difference! Much easier to stop. (This fix also saved me some serious $'s)\r Lastly, John, Service Tech, while installing the lights found ""and fixed"" an electrical short that two other dealers could not! These guys really know what their doing! I highly recommend them for Service. more

The people at Bright Powersports are top Notch, especially Eric. Eric worked with us from start to finish on every detail of the purchase of my 2011 Royal Star Venture. The entire transaction was such a delight. The communication was outstanding and all questions were answered and Eric was just top notch with his knowledge of motorcycles, finance, and accessories. I would not recommend this dealer. I wanted to do a downpayment and pay off the bike by the end of March. Two other dealers in the area were MORE than happy to help me out. I felt like I had to ""beg"" to do this. When I finally got a ""yes""... I was told I had to pick up the bike by the beginning of March. I will be out of town for the entire month and can't pick up until the end. This dealership acts like they have an overabundance of buyers.... I drove directly from their store and bought with somebody else. I'll be willing to bet that the bike I wanted will be in the showroom long after March 1st.... I have two friends that are buying... they will not be going to this place. more

I bought a bike and was lied to BIG TIME I ended up paying 3000 dollars more than I would of had to pay at any other place I have looked. I talked to the management they admitted to not being honest. But they tell me I should have shopped around first not after. I didnt think I had to since I believed what they were telling me. this place charges freight, destination,assembly,prep and documentation fees that they dont tell you about until its at your door 4 hours away and the delivery guy tells you that all dealers charge that. Not true not one that Ive been to on line or in person does this. I will be letting everyone no in the detroit area through whatever means necessary and no matter how much it costs me, not to shop at this lying business. there actions will come back to haunt them I promise this on my life. Too expensive, Staff not knowledgeable, no selection, never have the part I need in stock, and when i do order parts they order the wrong one. more
