I have mixed feelings about my two visits to Bright Now. The first was fairly standard and I spent the majority of the time filling out paperwork. I found everything to be very clear and direct which I appreciated. The staff was friendly and I was in and out within an hour. The second visit wasn't as impressive. I was shocked to find the receptionist brushing her teeth at the front desk! I've never seen anything as unprofessional as having someone telling me to sign in with a mouthful of toothpaste and spit!\r

I was also VERY uneasy about the procedure being performed yet when I expressed my fear, I received nothing in the way of ""bedside manner"". What I'd hoped for was a bit of reassurance that everything would be fine but my concerns were merely ignored as if I hadn't said a word. However, what I found most upsetting out of the entire experience was the insensitivity and carelessness of the dentist. When talking to his assistant he absentmindedly nicked my face with an instrument. Fortunately, it was the bend in the hook and not the hook itself that scraped my face otherwise I would've had a long scratch on my cheek! And while the numbing shots were a tad bit uncomfortable, it was the uncaring way the dentist gripped and squeezed my lip and scraped the corner of my mouth that hurt the most. There just didn't seem to be any consideration for my comfort and that bothered me being that I was already afraid and worried. \r

Because of these things, I've decided not to return to Bright Now for further service. These may seem like petty things but they mattered to me. And though I wouldn't classify my experience as horrific, it wasn't good enough to want to return.
