to be honest it was a mistake from the being to think i could come back here! 6 months ago the office was great!! I had went in for my first visit and cleaning it went so smooth I loved my Dr.Maylezadeh. Than i come back for my check up and I have a diffrant dentist and the staff is differant to. the dentist didnt even tell me want i needed. The new manager i tihnk her name is Alissa is very rude! I like the old manager better she actualy took care of my questions! I had to waite such a long time and everything looks so cluttered there. After wating over and 1hr i attemtped to vent my frustration to the manager and she acted like she didnt care! Will not be going back there ever again! Im glad I found out that Dr. Mayelzadeh has a new office of his owen for those of you have the same problems like i did here goes \r Dr. Maylezades information! I was at this office for 2 hrs for less than 10 minutes of actual care (xrays and dentist exam). I originally had called to get a cleaning (they did not have that scheduled). I was not the only one frustrated with the care - as while I was in the waiting room, no less than 4 people were complaining to the receptionist/office manager -- and not just about the wait, but rather issues that had obviously had been ongoing. Facilities were untidy and a bit old. Pros: on my insurance plan Cons: disorganized, dirty, not patient centric. more
